Rules for foreign stations:
1. For this award are
accepted QSOs since 1 march 2003 Year
2. This
Award is is available in 3 classes:
Class 1 - 3 two-sides
QSOs with SP stations
Class
2 - 3 crossband QSOs with SP stations. Instead of a one
crosband QSO may be included one any SWL raport.
Class 3 - 3 SWL
reports of SP stations
3. Applications (a GCR list is mandatory) and the relevant
fee should be sent to the following address: Secretariate,
Bydgoszcz...
4.
The
final decision in cases of doubt lies with the PZK Award Manager

1. Do
dyplomu zaliczają się łączności od momentu przyznania pasma
136kHz w Polsce, czyli od marca 2003 roku
2.
Dyplom wydawany jest
w trzech klasach:
Klasa 1 - 3 QSO
dwustronne z co najmniej dwóch okręgów SP
Klasa
2 - 3 QSO crosband z co najmniej dwóch okręgów SP. Za jeden crosband może być zaliczony jeden dowolny nasłuch.
Klasa 3 - 3 różne
nasłuchy z co najmniej dwóch okręgów SP
3. Wniosek
- lista GCR i ksero dowodu wpłaty na konto PZK do - Award
Manager PZK...
4. Ostateczna interpretacja regulaminów należy do Award Managera PZK.
